User Data Deletion

Pinfold respects your right to delete your data. This page explains how to remove your account, disconnect social platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads), and request deletion of data we store on our servers.

Delete your Pinfold account (recommended)

1. Open the Pinfold app on your device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete my data (or Delete account).
4. Confirm deletion.

This removes data stored on your device (files in the secure vault, preferences, and cached content) and schedules deletion of your Pinfold account on our servers, including profile information, subscription linkage, and connected social account tokens.

Disconnect Facebook / Instagram / Threads only

If you only want to remove social publishing access without deleting your Pinfold account:

1. Open Social Hub in the Pinfold app.
2. Go to the Accounts tab.
3. Disconnect the platform you no longer want linked.

You can also remove the Pinfold app from your Facebook account at Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address tied to your account:

Include the email address you used to sign in. We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.

What we delete

• Pinfold account profile (email, display name, country)
• OAuth tokens for connected social and cloud providers
• Social publishing queue and schedule metadata stored on our servers
• Uploaded media used for social publishing (server-side copies)

What may remain

• Content you already published to Facebook, Instagram, or Threads (manage those posts in each app)
• Billing records retained as required for tax and fraud prevention
• Anonymized logs with no personal identifiers
